Update March 2025
Today is my younger daughter's birthday. We have been celebrating all week. She is launched and living on her own, even though she is a quadriplegic, but not too far away and we are in touch practically every day. We had a lovely brunch on Sunday with her and are heading up there again today. we are big promoters of her getting back into photography again and invested in some interesting rigs (3D printed, some of them!) for her wheelchair to support either her phone or digital camera. I will share what she shoots!
Also spiders:

These bejeweled beauties I found at a craft fair last year. They hang onto your screen door and keep you from walking into it!. Lovely and creepy at the same time.
Sadly my other daughter just became divorced after less than a year of marriage and after 2 years of planning what was a lovely wedding in Oklahoma. It was not destined to be and I could surmise all day as to why, but I do believe it's for the best for both of them and wish them well as they pursue their new directions. She is still working as a flight instructor and flying planes and even jets in and out of OK.
I continue to work on my radio shows but have left my characters I introduced you to last time to languish. Not to worry, I've been doing a great deal of research about them, the Pacific Northwest and its history and their character profiles. And pursuing these blogs hoping to expand into podcasts this year.
My most recent health show (5 minute episodes for radio, but really is like a blog) is on milk and explores the benefits and downsides of pasteurized vs raw milk.
Try this link, the file is called YHK Raw Milk FIVE. I'd be glad to hear what you think.

And now, here's an update of me:

My next HealthKit is on happiness and its health implications. I'll catch you up on it next time.
Cheers,
